This dance workshop includes: movements with breath, using voice, facial expressions, linking the breath to the movement, elements of nature, movements from traditional Japanese arts (Noh, Kabuki ,etc.), and performance as a group.
Make soba using fresh, stone-milled artisanal flour from Japan and authentic soba tools. Served in the classic way: cold with fresh soy-based dipping sauce, toppings, and spices.
