Join Sonoko Sakai for a 90 minute online workshop on the art of making traditional Japanese Soba from scratch. In this workshop, she will review making Nihachi-style 20% wheat and 80% buckwheat flour and Juwari 100% buckwheat flour style noodles. After making your own soba noodles, she will also walk through the steps for making Spicy Duck Soba Noodles in a Hot Broth. You will also review a delicious vegetarian alternative using meat-y shiitake instead of duck breast.

Sonoko is offering Japanese slow-milled buckwheat flour for sale on her site. Purchase by May 15th to allow time for delivery before the workshop date.
