The seminar includes a guided tasting and Q&A session with sake sommelier and Wine & Spirits Education Trust (WSET) certified sake instructor, Sachiko Miyagi.

Sachiko Miyagi is a Sake Specialist and Instructor at Sake School of America. She is a Wine & Spirits Education Trust (WSET) certified Sake instructor, J.S.A Sake Diploma holder, certified International Kikisake-shi by Sake Service Institute, and an Advanced Sake Professional certified by Sake Education Council. With a background in the service industry, she is passionate about spreading the love of sake.
