Spago Beverly Hills will celebrate the end of Food Bowl’s Cocktail Week with a Japanese-inspired, cocktail lounge experience. Spago chef de cuisine Tetsu Yahagi has invited chef David Schlosser (Shibumi) to show their unique take on Japanese kappo-style dishes. Signature Food Bowl-inspired cocktails will feature whiskey from Suntory and Kirishima shochu. Part of the LA Times Food Bowl.
