February 24 @ 1:00 pm - 4:00 pm| $75
Artist Dwight Hwang will be hosting a workshop about the art of Gyotaku, a traditional Japanese method of printing fish that dates back to the 1800s.
Participants will have the opportunity to create their own Gyotaku prints on several different exquisite styles of paper from Hiromi Paper, Inc.
Hwang has exhibited and lectured throughout the country about the process of Gyotaku, and recently had his first solo show at the Japan Foundation Los Angeles co-presented by LACMA.
